March 5, 2003 (North Providence, RI) -- Bad Axe Games and Ronin Arts regretfully announce an error in the Copyright Notice of The Book of Unusual Treasures. No challenge to the copyright status of Open content used within the book is intended.

This notice will be posted on the Bad Axe Games, Philip J. Reed, and Ronin Arts websites, and submitted to the Open Gaming Foundation lists and top d20 news sites.
